Colden Care is a provider of Residential Care Services for Separated Children Seeking International Protection in Ireland.
Colden Care was established in 2023 in response to the growing requirements of Tusla Child & Family Agency to provide safe, regulated and quality-driven services for these children and young people.
All our centres are registered with Tusla and are subject to regular inspection
Separated children seeking international protection
Many of these children may have high levels of vulnerability and have experienced significant trauma. Many face problems and challenges on issues including separation and bereavement from family and friends, social isolation, language barriers, emotional and mental health problems, discrimination and racism. At Colden Care we understand the impact these issues can have on our young people; we engage with all available State provided resources and local community support to assist our young people as much as possible.

Management team
Directors
The Directors of Colden Care are Tracy Collins, Sean Denn and Deborah O’Keeffe. With an extensive background in the provision of Children’s Residential Services, we have a combined experience of over thirty-five years working directly with young people in care and have held a number of senior management roles throughout our careers. Our experience in service development, oversight, and governance within Health & Social Care, will provide the basis for ensuring safety and quality within our service. Together we hold a strong desire and commitment to support and advance the young people under our care, while providing a supportive, respectful, and happy workplace for our staff.
