We only collect data you choose to give us through our forms:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message.
  • Job application form: your name, email address, phone number, the position applied for, your cover letter or message, and your CV if you attach one.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only cookies essential to running the website are used.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

  • To respond to enquiries sent through the contact form. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
  • To consider you for employment when you apply for a role. Legal basis: your consent, and taking steps at your request before entering an employment contract.

We do not use your data for any other purpose without telling you first.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

  • SMTP2GO — delivers form submissions to our inbox as email.
  • Our email provider — stores and lets us read the messages we receive.

These providers process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Your data is stored within the EU or under appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

  • Contact enquiries: up to 12 months after we have dealt with your query.
  • Unsuccessful job applications: up to 12 months, in case a suitable role arises, then deleted.
  • Successful applications: moved into our employee records and kept per our staff retention policy.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Have your data erased.
  • Restrict or object to how we use it.
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
